Participation

The contest is open to trainee lawyers and newly qualified lawyers (in their first year after qualification) nominated by their bars.

Language

Participants should have a working knowledge of English.

Costs

Participation from young lawyers nominated by Bars financing the project are free of charge.

For participants applying on their own or through other Bars, a fee of 170 Euro will be charged, including costs for documentation, lunch, coffee breaks and diner.

Accomodation

For the semi-finals: Accommodation for 1 night will be booked and paid by ERA.

For the final: Accommodation for 3 nights will be booked and paid by ERA.

Travel

All young lawyers selected to participate to the contest will receive a significant contribution to their travel costs (up to 300€) upon receipt of the original invoices, tickets and receipts.
Participants are asked to arrange their own travel.
