Participation

Participation in the seminar is free of charge.

Participants should have a working knowledge of English.

Participation will be subject to a selection procedure since the number of places is limited. A response will be given to every applicant shortly after the deadline.

Travel expenses

Travel costs will be reimbursed to a maximum of €400 upon receipt of all necessary documents. In light of the Covid-19 pandemic and the possible re-introduction of travel restrictions, participants are asked not to make travel arrangements until four weeks before the start of the seminar and/or to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Accommodation

Two nights’ accommodation will be covered directly by ERA.
