Participation

Participation will be subject to a selection procedure by the supporting organisation or partner, since the number of places is limited. In addition, you will need to register online on ERA website in order to participate in the seminar. We strongly advise you not to make any travel arrangements before your registration is confirmed.

Registration fee

There is no registration fee.

Travel expenses

Travel costs will be reimbursed to a maximum of €300 upon receipt of all necessary documents. For more information, please consult Terms and Conditions at www.era.int.

Accommodation

Two nights’ accommodation will be booked and covered directly by ERA.
